The reason behind the need to carry out the work was not clearly explained either on the initial research , or once the work was completed.Once a contribution from Mini was raised it was dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently.

Needed the car to be ready for a specific time and was reassured that this was possible but it wasn’t and no one contacted me about it. Service booked also wasn’t signed and computer not reset. Car cleaning wasn’t great either.

It took a bit of time to get it booked in. Tried to get it done at same time as MoT but lack of response to phone calls meant we had the MoT done locally. I phoned Mini Service and they said they would phone back but they didn't.

there were various delays on parts which garage could not give me a definite date on so overall delivery was a few leeks later than anticipated which dampened the excitement.
