Car came in for MOT and pre warranty check all went well until 3 days later the light comes on saying the brake pads need doing. The check 3 days earlier said they were fine as they were only done last September. Car now has to come back again!

I would have liked a loan car, but this never seems possible when I ring unless I wait 6 weeks, (I'm just not that organised). But I booked, they completed the work quickly, I could work, using the wifi while I waited. I wa kept informed throughout.

Only downside was the volume of paperwork required. Just one small thing went slightly wrong, the cleaning kit which came with the car was leaking into the boot. While the kit is a nice idea, I think the bottles need to be properly sealed.

Very helpful. When I informed them about a fault with the A/C smelling 'off' they made sure they checked this out. They found a fault with it and tried to fix the problem for me as soon as they were able to.

Experience has been very good. I have only marked it down slightly as I booked the car in for the brake pads to be replaced only to receive a phone call in the afternoon advising me that the brake pads need replacing & did I want them to go ahead?

I had a pre-arranged appointment to have a new key coded, which I was told would take approximately 60 minutes. Instead it took over 3 hours with no updates or information. Completely unacceptable.

Vehicle brought in initially for the assessment of failing paintwork. Professional assessment deemed work would be covered by manufacturers paintwork warranty (vehicle less than 2 years old). Asked to pay for the work!
