Good feed back, kept proactively updated throughout. Professional personnel. Prices seemed to change when I spoke to different people and web site published prices weren't quoted consistently, when they should have been.
Everything was carefully explained throughout my dealings and delivery of my car.
Service completed OK however for the fourth time over the last few years, an "urgent advisory" was identified as requiring to be fixed for several hundred of pounds. Taking it to another Mini specialist straight away there was no need for any work!!

Silly thing really but when i am told to turn up at a certain time, then i expect that the car is ready.
Efficient service plus effective negotiation with BMW for a new steering wheel to cure the horn fault. However, such a simple fault should not require a whole new wheel- BMW's fault, not yours!

Service called me was in saying the rear brake pads are low at 4mm and should they replace them now. I said no as the cost was way to much. Took it to local garage to have done next day and they looked at - said they don't need doing yet. not happy
