I had a pre-arranged appointment to have a new key coded, which I was told would take approximately 60 minutes. Instead it took over 3 hours with no updates or information. Completely unacceptable.

Vehicle brought in initially for the assessment of failing paintwork. Professional assessment deemed work would be covered by manufacturers paintwork warranty (vehicle less than 2 years old). Asked to pay for the work!

Upon collection of my car I got in to drive away & it became apparent that the drivers seatbelt was not bolted on to the seat!!!!! Clearly completion safety checks had not been performed & passed & my car had to go back in to the workshop.

I booked a service on line and reported a fault, and booked my car into Specialist Cars Tring. Upon return of the car I found no service had been done and the faulty part wasn't in stock...thus I had to bring it back another day.

Would have been much easier for me if the tyre required following my MOT was in stock had to rearrange all my patients as a nurse to get my car. Ack in again very frustrating !!!

I was happy with all the service but was delayed, missing an appointment,by the "valet",however my little car was no cleaner than on arrival (marked windscreen etc) and my car had only been cleaned five days earlier so wasn't even that dirty!

We were advised of a minor oil leak (sump) and evidence of a water leak on the water pump. The service advisor confirmed that the oil leak was minor but the water leak should be done straight away. On checking with another garage, no leaks were found

The washer was not fitted correctly after oil change resulting in a leak all over my drive, the road, my mum's drive and everywhere else I parked for nearly 2 weeks as you were unable to look at it any sooner even though you created the problem
